At Ecuador Aerospace we assemble and test UAV systems with precision and care. The process is built around quality control, structural integrity and mission readiness, so every aircraft meets operational standards before it leaves the workshop.
Three standards, applied to every aircraft
Quality control
Every component is checked against specification before it goes into an airframe, and every completed subsystem is verified before the next stage begins. Faults get caught at the bench, not in the field.
Structural integrity
Airframes are assembled to manufacturer tolerances, with torque, alignment and fastening verified at each joint. The structure has to hold under load, vibration and repeated field deployment.
Mission readiness
An aircraft is not finished when it is assembled. It is finished when the payload is configured, the sensors are calibrated and it has flown a full profile successfully.
Our integration process
Four stages, in sequence. Nothing moves forward until the previous stage is signed off.

Structural assembly of VTOL and multirotor airframes
Fuselage, arms, landing gear and propulsion are assembled and aligned. Fastening and torque are verified at every structural joint before any electronics go in.

Electronic and communication system wiring
Flight controller, power distribution, telemetry and datalink are wired and routed. Connectors are secured and strain-relieved so vibration in flight does not become an intermittent fault on the ground.

Ground control system and sensor calibration
The ground control station is paired and configured, and the aircraft’s sensors are calibrated: IMU, positioning, compass and any gimbal or payload sensor fitted for the mission.

Static and dynamic flight testing under local conditions
Bench tests first, then flight. Testing happens in Ecuadorian conditions — the altitude, humidity and terrain the aircraft will actually operate in, rather than a factory environment on the other side of the world.
